The new addition and renovation to the casino added approximately 10,000 square feet to the gaming area while the new three-story hotel is approximately 60,000 square feet with 84 guestrooms and 6 suites. The project was completed in November 2013 with a total construction cost of approximately $40M.

Completed in late 2007, the 70,000-square-foot facility will feature 84 apartments, as well as common dining and living areas. John Brunemeier provided structural engineering for the $9.3M project. PACE's civil engineering department provided off-site improvement design, site utilities, and grading design including on-site storm water detention. PACE also provided topographic surveys, construction staking, and geotechnical engineering. The project architect was Rowell Brokaw, for owner Redding Assisted Living, LLC, both of Eugene, Oregon.
