Larry Kepple Memorial Scholarship

PURPOSE

PACE Engineering, Inc. will be awarding four (4) $1,500 scholarships to qualifying candidates who will be attending college to study civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, computer, or water/wastewater engineering or geomatics (surveying) for the 2025-2026 school year.

TIMELINE

• Applications are due on or before April 4, 2025.
• Scholarships will be announced May 2, 2025

1 Application Instructions

CRITERIA

• Must be a graduating senior from a high school located in Shasta County.
• Applicants must be completing high school successfully with a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Applicants must be accepted as a full-time student at a college, university, or trade school program for the upcoming academic semester.
• Applicants must have a passion and commitment for a career in engineering.
• Applicants must demonstrate a passion for community service

APPLICATION PROCESS

Scholarship applicants must provide the following documents in PDF format (links are not acceptable):

• Completed PACE Engineering, Inc. Scholarship Application Form.
• Unofficial high school/college transcript.
• Two letters of recommendation.
• Examples of community service.
• Proof of acceptance at an academic, vocational, or technical school for post-secondary studies.
• Incomplete submissions (application and supporting documentation) will not be considered.
