January 2024 marked a milestone moment as Redding welcomed residents to the meticulously crafted Alturas Crossing Apartment Complex community. This $13 million project is an equal opportunity housing development nestled in the heart of Redding, California, and consists of two-bedroom and three-bedroom duplexes and a community center. The PACE team, led by project manager and Principal Electrical Engineer Tony Bowser, had the opportunity to help bring this vision to life, ensuring that every detail with the electrical design would meet the increasing demand for quality, affordability, and sustainability in today’s residential landscape.
